During my travels through Rajasthan in India I met a diverse number of people, who, in one way or another, made my journey all the richer. I have collected some of their images into a project, Faces of Rajasthan. I chose to process the portraits in black and white, to take the emphasis off the vibrant colour that surrounded me and put focus onto the character of each individual. By doing this, I feel there is more connection between the personalities reflected in the portraits and the viewer. I was accredited the Honours distinction of LPSNZ for this body of work.
